This is a weird picture. Because well...before dating Colonels-Corner I had never owned anything other than standard pets (cat, dogs, fish...etc). And when we moved in together we got two lil' pet mice. I named mine Pichu (top) and she named hers Diglet (bottom) and they were fun mice! Pichu died a few months ago and this morning, I took Diglet to the vet to be put to sleep due to her having a tumor so large she couldn't get around anymore. I'd never taken anything to the vet before that wasn't a standard pet. Certainly an unusual experience.ΒI...don't even know what to write? They were mice. Super cute, and they liked to scritter around in my palm. I really liked them. Their favorite food was the SmartFood White Cheddar Popcorn. They'll be missed, those goofy meeces. So here's a cute memorial picture based on a picture I took of them the first night we brought them home.Β

Poor wee babes! Super cute and super simple little pets! I like to think they had a pretty fun life climbing all over their tank kingdom. Our first pets together! That is so stinking cute! I've always wanted to own mice or some dumbo rats but now that baylor's here in afraid he would harm them ;_; so one day I will! But I've owned gerbils before so I know exactly what you mean
