Reikan and Ruby

Though this was somewhat annoying to do at first, it was refreshing to take a new perspective at a pic! Reikan-chan was specific with her OC's back-to-back like this. But all I got on the characters is they're somewhat opposites of each other. Not sure if that's a rivalry thingy or what not... but I digress.
While drawing this, I couldn't help but think that these two, enemies or not, would have questions one with another. That's where the background comes in.
I've also always loved the idea of opposition in all things, and that it's what keeps everything in balance. Since these two are supposively two sides of the same coin, it made sense that one would seek what the other would despise. Imperfect and incomplete, they are able to be defined in existence by each other. What destroys them ... completes them.
That's where I got the header.
Also, it was nice to take a shot at some anthro stuff for once!
So, yes, I'm doing AT's now. But be warned, I might be selective now! On top of school starting, contest prizes, and a waiting list of AT's, don't expect any green lights just yet!
