The version you see is his second version, after he regains his powers in the Fullbring arc. When he regains his powers, his look and Zangetsu's style is different. This is his new Shikai version of Zangetsu, and this one has a chain instead of the original bandage wrapping around the handle of the first version. :3

Although, did you notice - you've drawn Rukia's legs thiner than her arms! Just becase Kubo draws legs too thin, doesn't mean it's right to do so+) Also, the legs drawn by him, while being too thin, somehow still look proportionally right +P
