Part 32 of my "Underrated Characters" collage series, this time featuring Ms. "I'm just gonna be me", the 7th spokescandy herself, Purple. (NOTE: If you're still not a fan of the 2022 spokescandy redesigns, I respect your opinion.)

Nobody's perfect. Say what you will about M&M's current "For All Funkind" redesign last year being the big meaningless "w" word, but if you look past the LGBTQ+ messaging (especially the "Flip the Status Quo" promotional packs earlier this year in support of women), having fun will never die out as long as you live it. I know this new girl's livin' it, peanut and all - no matter how many times she messes up. Each mistake she makes is always a chance for it to be better (whether it's in a song or not), and I really like that about her. Even though it's not for promotion, advertising mascots are characters too!

BTW, recently I found out she's voiced by Amber Ruffin, and that is literally the first time I've known about her. If anyone has info on any TV work she's done before this M&M's gig, let me know.
