I made yet another CV OC and he is going to be Arius's older brother because why not? Trying to pick out the clothing for him was more difficult and I had an idea for the color scheme already. Lets just say he's an assassin. And he has a thing for purple. I will add more later in the description.ΒRelated content

Yup, I had to make sure the colors weren't too dark and weren't too bright. Also they stick with the camo-snow color and purple. But the dark red kind of represents bloodstains because he is an Assassins and it would add more to his character :3

I barely played enough of the game but I do remember a couple of considerable hints of things in game due to streams which allows me to think upon ideas. And well they are revenants. I don't entirely understand this game's concept of revenants but I did hear so hints that represent both sides of the versions I am well aware of and bits of how things go. I don't understand enough how the world became what it is BUT I am aware that Humans are still around because part of a cutscene I remember from a stream... while the streamer was panicking about the controls or whatever XD
But humans still exist in that world and people ended up becoming revenants based on death and special stuff going on.Β
Arius is a new revenant... Although his older brother, Gabriel has been a revenant for a while. That's what I have so far. Although revenants are more like vampires it seems in game where they are well aware of themselves (Although memory is a big part of this game) and Arius doesn't remember what happened or how he became a revenant. And also blood-lust is kind of a thing where if a revenant has too much, they become more ghoul or zombie like in the way they act and fall into their blood-lust. And I will put it like this... Worse than it is in Bloodborne. I will say that for now until I get more information... And I will have Gabriel between being self-aware and conscious mixed with being blood-lust and possibly going ghoulish from time to time. He will be made to have been that caring brother although becoming a revenant has changed him. He is also an assassin and so part of his mind and his morals are changed from when he was human. So there might be certain kinds of triggers that will cause Gabriel to think, act, or do certain things or ways. It all depends...
Arius is still new to a lot of stuff. And it will be a mix between being safe yet in danger whenever he is with or near his older brother.

Character creation is so fun! Sadly you can only make 10 hunters. Although the Bloodborne Queen friend (Not annalise, she's banned from PSN so it's not her) found a way to get past that... Flashdrives... but you have to be very careful because you can lose a lot of hunters as much as you can make them using flash drives.

Yes I have and I am actually sort of using Arius in a random (Non CV related) RP actually... Just waiting for a response though because the other person has been busy but I am already throwing him in RP to see how he can develop. And now that he has an older brother.... Things become more interesting! X3
Arius is currently under development and how he is, is oblivious to the world, not remembering what's going on and so he is very curious. But he still has a pretty mature and stern personality. Like just because he is oblivious and curious, if you tell him to jump off a bridge, he isn't stupid enough to do it. Honestly he would be the kind that stares at you like "Really?" and 1... either walk away and go wherever else. Or 2... push you off and then walk away. This... would also mean Arius is somewhat cautious and because he would be a new revenant, he doesn't really understand what he is. And in ways, wants to refuse drinking blood.
His older brother on the other hand... has been a revenant for a while and he's in between being sane and self-aware with being blood-lust and ghoulish. Gabriel has his memories. Although his morals are changed from both being an assassin and a revenant. Although his human morals continues to conflict with his revenant and also assassin morals. As he may seem calm and honestly quite nice... he is very conflicted. How? His human mind is all good morals being loving and caring especially towards his brother. His Revenant mind took more of the long term, blood-lust side which means he will from time to time become more ghoulish and possibly feral with that deadly Assassin soldier instinct. So his Revenant morals took more on the bad side. (Not all the revenants are bad.Β There are good ones, bad ones, and the bad ones fall into two or more categories. He falls more on the side of going ghoulish. So try not to think Revenant morals are completely bad. It all depends on the revenant and what their desires are which vary), and his Assassin morals. His assassin morals seem bad but at the same time, there are reasons and it's those sense of reasons that actually hold his good side and bad side together, so in reality, his assassin morals is neutral.Β
But as Arius is starting to remember more and more, his brother on the other hand... Gabriel's blood-lust is causing him to forget more and more. So while the younger one is remember, the older one is forgetting. And that is dangerous. This also means depending the period of time, if Arius and Gabriel is together, Gabriel might go into one of his blood-lust frenzies and go after Arius. Gabriel Will kill Arius but the special thing about revenants is... when you kill them, doesn't matter how, even beating them into power or whatever, they keep coming back. (Also another thing that differs Vampires and zombies from Revenants. Revenants keep coming back) And knowing some later stuff in the game... Something is causing the revenants to be... so there is that I have to look into and so it's literally a nightmare for revenants having to go through hardships, death, and pain and reliving it all over and over again. And this will make things even more interesting between Arius and Gabriel.Β
Right now, Arius would be unaware who Gabriel is but Gabriel is more than well aware who arius is. Although Gabriel will have some sympathy for his younger brother and possibly feeling a sense of guilt... What's that guilt? It's still in development... But I might make them a younger sister although just create her but not have her playable for certain reasons because I am thinking of ideas. And what possibly happened with Gabriel and how Arius became a revenant(probably going to skip over what the game has if things turn out different... But I am already planning to make a bunch of characters in the CV world so you know :3) and so yeah

The sister will be younger than both Arius and Gabriel. BUT I do plan on making her in character creation and then probably drawing her a lot younger. I am going to use the character creation because the face, I need it in a certain range especially me being new to this game(Everyone is pretty much new, it's a new game) but She will not be playable. What I currently have in mind, she is going to be a character that is already dead. But that beckons the questions "How and why?" And I am considering thinking about making it tie in with Gabriel around when he first became a revenant. Although how Gabriel died to begin with depends... But coming back as a Revenant... can cause issues for the family. I am probably not really going to work too much on the parents, it will mostly focus on Arius and Gabriel although the youngest sister will have a big influence on them. And there is some things that Gabriel would be hiding from Arius. Although part of Gabriel's actions, the blood-lust issues he has from time to time will not do his justice and Arius becomes more and more concerned about Gabriel's well being (later on), and So many ideas and thoughts are coming to mind honestly... As I am typing right now, more and more ideas keep on coming and coming. Kind of like a waterfall and I am getting Hyped XD
The sibling relationship and conflict will be on the side of Gabriel still being a loving brother although the tables turn when he has his blood-lust issues, although his mindset will vary. Although Gabriel cannot help it. But these incidents will begin triggering very faint memories for Arius. Sure they aren't like the memories obtained in the game but more of the story and backstory of my characters more particular that would be different than in-game. I always figure out ways to make stories and everything flexible. Anyways but more memories begin coming back to Arius, and well Arius will somewhat be upset at his older brother... The thing is there is more fear than there is anger... Arius experiences more fear than anger because what he begins remembering and seeing what his brother has and continues becoming. And because Arius is now a revenant to, yet Gabriel will still go after him, Arius will begin hating the fact he is a revenant just like his brother... which can cause issues for him to begin with. Because Revenants... need blood... and Arius will continue refusing and refusing it or anything to do with it especially some effects that can be caused when Revenants aren't careful. And seeing what his brother is becoming. Not only that but seeing others, especially humans(I don't know how many humans appear in CV but I am highly aware of one that attempted to kill herself for certain reasons related to Revenants), and it will trigger faint memories... memories of his younger sister. Although Gabriel still has his memories and remembers what happened in the past and what happened to the sister... Although his blood-lust continues causing him to forget his family, friends, memories from time to time. And knowing that Gabriel fights exactly like an Assassin soldier... When he goes blood-lust, sure his attacks may seem all over... but it still being in a way that assassins and soldier will fight although so fucking merciless... Oh man I am hyped!

I know there was a saying in the game. I don't entirely remember it but it's pretty much when the Revenants lose themselves, they never go back to who they were. Also something about you can doubt it but it's not changing... Gabriel is sort of special in a way because of his morals. And Arius is the reason he ends up reverting back despite his blood-lust. Although it's going to be one of those situations where as time continues, it becomes less and less until the point he truly loses himself to the blood-lust.Β

I know! I was intensely working on Gabriel and I already wanted him to have long hair... and wear that hat (I love that hat so much). I decked him out and everything. More than I did with Arius :3
And I was checking out all the hair and I was like "Nah... nope... nope... not that one... too short... nope..." Then.... I saw this and I was like "HOLY SHIT! YES! YES!!! THIS IS WHAT I AM FUCKING TALKING ABOUT!!! IT GOES PERFECT WITH THAT HAT!!!" Although I did add extra hair... the hair bangs is what I added and I am like "YES! PERFECT!!!". My pups were just watching me with that look like "Are you ok?"

Speaking about Revenants losing themselves... I found an example! That I will have to prepare for... Oh well, it's very early in game anyways and I suspected something like this would happen. In my game, I kept going back to him, making sure although I knew something was going to happen. The game couldn't fool me...
