This was from an animation I did for class as a kid... I still remember the assignment. We were put into groups of 3 and we either make a skit, a filmed 1:30 minute summary, or an animation also 1:30 minutes long of a book we all have read and was recent... There was a book in class we read called "Touching Spirit bear" and my group did it on that book.
Rant really begins: One of my friends had no experience, They were a bump on a log... The other pissed me off... I am still salty about it until today... Freakin, my friend was like "I can do animation" and I was like "cool!" because I thought we were going to be doing it together and working on frame by frame, making sure it was all good... And I then said "We can do frame by frame together! It will be so much easier!" and he was like "Wait, what!? No! I have something better" and he showed me a crappy program known as Go!Animate and was like "I will be using this!" and I was like "Um... Why is everything already moving, why is microsoft same speaking? and why does it keep freezing up?" and he was like "It's updated! Unlike your way! I can make 100 animations faster than you! I won't waste time in what you are doing! I am getting us the A!" and I felt offended. And even today, it irritates me. Although I was like "You call yourself an animator when you use crappy programs like this!? This is lazy! You don't know the heart and soul a true animator will put into their work! You have any idea how much work I put into my animations!? I animate all the time and I am always happy in making them!" although my friend was like "Yeah and you don't have a life" and it was irritating me too much... I then said "You know what... I am doing this alone..." and he just bloody laughed at me! Although it was the final assignment before summer vacation. He barely worked on his stuff and said he was working on it at home... I was always working on my at my house, and in school. I had flashdrives for each frame. Well over hundreds of frames were drawn, worked on, and edited to what you see in this picture. All frames were like this because I wanted to prove myself to that douchebag I called a friend.... Although I over exhausted myself and being up at 6:00 in the morning EVERY Night and I had school on top of that... was not good for me as a kid... I was close to the finish but I started to think "I can't keep this up..." and I was about to give up. We had about 3 days left... but on the last day, I had a horrible feeling something had gone wrong and I woke up, stayed up ALL NIGHT working on the last 175 frames.... I was killing myself in doing this but I managed and my parents saw I was already up. They noticed I did not sleep but when I showed them the animation, my family was impressed. I had it on a flashdrive and took it in... and the horrid feeling I got... My 'friend' did NOT Finish the animation and it was on purpose. His excuse was really REALLY STUPID! "Oh I wanted to hang out with my older brother at the skate park!" and we only had a couple of days before summer vacation! Selfish stupid idiot he was!!! He couldn't even wait! He lives with his brother and sees him all the time. He needed to wait just a little longer but his damn stupid ego and pride got the best of him... BUT no matter... I finished mine.... And when my teacher saw my animation... he was impressed. I was the only TRUE animator at my school years ago... Nobody bothered, nobody dared. Hell, people thought YouTube was stupid back in the golden ages but that seemed to change(bloody hypocrites...), BUT I told the teacher about what happened between my friends and I. One was completely useless and the other was being a selfish douche... And so my teacher gave me an A+ at a 120% and failed both of my friends...
It's something I haven't forgotten and it still makes me salty....

My animation was done with mouse and this frame was completely done with a mouse... I question if my old computer never blue screened... how well would my animations be now? But I haven't done animations close to 10 years... I am extremely rusty and... I miss it...

Also I found out that one of my frames had corrupted... I only have two frames instead of 3 to show ;A;
