Everyone has heard the rumors of the Wario Apparition that appears on certain copies of Super Mario 64, but legend has it that Super Mario Sunshine also has a certain horror lurking in it's personalized copies. The thing is known as the Koopalings Apparition, which bears the likeness of the Seven Koopalings which first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3, and it can sometimes be encountered in Hotel Delfino of Sirena Beach, taking on a different form depending of which copy of Sunshine your playing, and if you do encounter it, TURN OFF THAT CONSOLE IMMEDIATELY, as you will most likely be driven to madness or even worse if it catches Mario, with the Koopalings coming out of the game and haunting you in indescribable ways afterwards. A popular theory on the Koopalings strange appearance, is that it is a manifestation of the player's subconscious wishes and desires to see them appear in the game rather than the Hated replacement, Bowser Jr., another theory is that they're the unfinished remains of the Koopalings boss fights which couldn't make it in the final version of Sunshine, due for the game being rushed, which would have marked their third appearance in the mainline Mario games, before New Super Mario Bros. Wii. But whatever the Koopalings apparition is, one thing is certain:
