Picture have layer of meaning. Sometimes even the artist doesn't see all the layer or that it has layer at all. Here's what i see.
Layer One: it looks neat clearly to both you and everyone else.
Layer Two: Could just be about a girl when put on this hard-ass front but is still just a girl on the inside. This layer usually has the intended meaning for the artist and the first impression meaning for everyone else
Layer 3: this is the stuff the usually by forgo the 2nd layer for because that's way too obvious to be the meaning.
DEEP inner layers: The existential stuff that usually makes the artist go "Oh... Yeah... What you said. i did that on purpose...." *swifty eyes*
So that's my break down on the world of art and meaning. I hope you enjoyed this loving albeit abit sarcastic comment on things (it's sarcastic with love). I personally just go the 2nd layer of things when looking at art. Not saying my thoughts are right but I'm totally interpretating the concept at face value. In almost everything I see drawn here on DA.

I think I may have an idea on what the two girls are suppost to represent. 1: the main head is actually who that girl inside is, right now, as a punk rock girl. 2: the one in her head is suppost to be who she was back before she turned all hard and mean like.
It was just a thought. I like this piece anyway. Good work.
