If you would like a lot that IS NOT on the map, please just talk to me about it! The shadowy green area to the left of the map, the area between the Forest Avenue and the Chestnut woods, and the Hoofhills, and basically anywhere else if you really like it, are ALL AVAILABLE for settlement! This is a good idea if you have a non-conforming type of house (one that does not look victorian, country, medieval, or "ponyville")

The WHITE LOTS are "Home-Only." This means that they Cannot have a shop attached to them!

The GREY LOTS are CLAIMED home-only lots!

The LIGHT YELLOW LOTS are shops/shop-home combos. This means that your pony can live in this area, but the first floor should still be some sort of business (ie. flower shop, restaurant, bakery, etc.)

The DARK YELLOW LOTS are CLAIMED shops/shop-home combos.

The SALMON LOTS are pre-established town buildings such as town hall and the school.

The East side of the river ("4-house" lots and "I-shop" lots) are the more high end, newer neighborhood in Dappleton. If you have a fancy shop or an affluent pony, consider moving into the east side! If your pony as noted as not having a lot of money, try the west side.

The gridded/checkered area around town square is parkland, and also where the farmers market is set up!

If you want to have a pony with a store and a SEPARATE house, that is okay! You just have to claim 2 lots.

Dappleton isn't too big! Everything is within trotting distance to each other
