Do you draw these exactly when you see the person or do you keep it in mind and draw it after ?

It varies. Sometimes I see the people sitting in the bus and i can sketch some details, sometimes I see the people just passing by, and do the rough when I have the time to take out my sketchbook. Usually the end sketch is not exactly like the person I saw, but it has the features that I remember.
