This is a very cute art piece. There's some definite ups and a few things that could be worksed on but it's still a top piece.
The tub, although if this is your first time drawing it, was done well, though the lines are sketchy and go against the rest of the piece which is detailed and slightly more clean-lined. If you use SAI I suggest to with having your normal lineart layer to make another layer above it (make the layer VECTOR) and use the curve tool. Then you can edit the lines so it comes out with a nice smooth rounding to the edges, as well as giving you an even line. (Also, then once your done the tub lines you can just merge it down to the first lineart layer you made)
If you use photoshop or illustrator they have something similar called a pen tool which gives the same effect.
Depending if the tub is a metal you'll want to blend the shades to give a little more of a sheen and bring some of the lighter shades you used to the inside like you did around the rims, it could help.
With Willem and Hershel, you have a good sense of colour and figure, the poses are well done but on the blond (who I assume is Hershel, correct me if I'm wrong) his right foot is a little too high for the position he's sitting in. Also Hershel and Willem's backs do not have the smooth curvature that they normally would have in that position.
And Hershel's transition from the stomach to his pants is too smooth, even with a flat stomach there would still be a line bulge of the vest transitioning (especially if it's a loose cotton, then it'll have a little bundle like it's being tucked into the pants. And Willem's feet seem to be missing underneath the tub (you don't catch it unless you looking specificially at him and then go down real quick, but it wouldn't be bad to have a small glimpse of a shoe and his pantleg.

In postive perspective, Claude's hair is well done, as well as the reflection of him in the water that was a nice touch you added, especially with giving it a rippled effect. Willem's muscle tone wasn't overdone and was well-drawn and the realistic representation of his sleeves were a good additive. All the facial expressions are cute and just pleasant in general, and as the icing the small addition of the bubbles in the air was a bit of the icing on cake. It just made it a little more special.
All in all you did well, just work on the figures a little, but you did a nice job and btw this is just a nice idea of character representation in general. :3
