You make me giggle
Hey, it's your loss, not mine.
If I didn't care I would ignore you.
But obviously you don't understand that tracing = artthief = deviant art banning = bad.
So err, I guess you don't understand and either 1) Your English vocabulary is not strong enough to understand what I am saying or 2)you want to be banned.
See yah! I was trying to help but I guess you're definitely not interested in being an original artist

Dude don't mean to be rude or anything but you can't "own" poses, I looked at the two images and they don't really look a-like to my mind (or referenced).
Sorry but you know a wolf simply standing is a very generic pose and is used throughout DA. I proberly would be on your side if she copied it RIGHT down to the letter (with your stlye and all) but you cannot claim a pose.

Yeah but what I mean is (unless she told you she looked at your image while drawing this one because I don't know lol) its not referencing your particular pose/image if you get me? thats why you cannot claim referencing rights unless she used your image in particular. She could have used any artists image or photograph to create this with that pose.
-I'm not trying to firestart an arguement here btw lol

What I simply mean by is, referencing is all I ask of for credits, not the pose, she must of gotten a little confused when I said "referencing of the pose".

ahhh so she asked you whether she could use your image (reference it) but didn't credit you?. (I get you know lol)
-sorry my bad theres been a lot of confusions going around DA atm with artists claming rights to poses atm.

Errrr, no :/. she referenced from a character, which is very flattering, but didn't credit the artist. That was basically it.

(Ok don't be touchy now I'm not here to flame or troll or anything of the sorts).
I can see a bit simerlarity with 's character Moon (in eclipse form I believe in which I have noticed off by memory). But I can't really see anything similar between your's and her character's reference sheet (sorry but I just can't and neither can my friend who also had a look to clarify). I can see the odd thing with the pose but I don't think its referenced heavily or anything.
But thats my opinion on it though I wouldn't have asked her to credit unless she actually came up to me and said she referenced or if I questioned her in a note. Otherwise I wouldn't have really noticed.
Thats all dude

I think your a little lost, I'm not saying reference design. I'm just saying the reference style. She could reference poses and style from a real based wolf, and from there, create her own style of it, by referencing from other artists, she won't get far in it. That's what I did, and I'm pretty sure many others, and it brought them to where they are today.

Ahhh I see but thats mainly how young artists do learn, I mean back in the day when I was in highschool I used to look at graphic novels and basically be a copy cat untill I developed it more and looked at photos and more realistic things and even in art college they still tell you to look at other artist's work to be inspired and influanced.
I see where your coming from but I wouldn't take it as a bad bad thing (though your are right in the fact that you shouldn't ignore it and give them a push in the right direction) that someone has been inspired by your work and others and is simply forming it into a mould because thats proberly how it starts off as for some people. I'm NOT saying its a good thing to copy artists (don't get me wrong on that you can turn into a photo-copier and pass on bad habits mainly anatomy wise and basically never learn).
However she is from looking at the images starting to mould her own stlye, unlike many other younger artists on da (simply taking ones stlye and using it) shes starting to develop it a little. -which is a good start-

only placed "pose", when you should also be adding "referenced". same goes for the other deviation.
