So the World Map is almost done - but there's not really a lot of point showing you where we haven't been yet or where we won't go - so here's a cut off of where we have been/will be in the next arc. :'3

DIRECTIONS:

Distance from Torogakure:

Uranami Compound - 1.5 hours by foot. (ninja speed)

Aoki Temple (for Specialty training) - 10 hours by foot. (including the 2 hour climb) - While training they may stay here, but they do not live here.

Ginza - 10 hours by foot. (ninja speed)

Kazaguruma Village - 14 hours by foot. (ninja speed)

Rice Fields - 12 hours by foot. (ninja speed)

Hanabi-mura - 24 hours by foot. (ninja speed) - Takes more than a day to reach.

Kaigan-mura - 32 hours by foot. (ninja speed) - Takes two days to reach.

Sangaku Onsen (Hot springs/Inn owned by the Chouyou family) - 18 hours by foot (ninja speed), Takes an entire day to arrive by foot. (ninja speed)

Kosetsumura - 4-5 days by foot. (Snow and weather hazards slow travel to a walking pace - It's really only 3 days distance away.)

We've basically gone by this as average, in-shape person can run a Kilometer in 5 minutes.

- Average Shinobi (2.0 speed) are twice as fast, so that means in 5 minutes, a ninja can run 2 Kilometers - while a civilian could only run a single Kilometer.

- So every hour away in distance (for a shinobi) is roughly 24 Kilometers away. For civilians, these times are twice as high.

Keep in mind realistically, you should include travel breaks - Because it's close to impossible to run for an entire day straight without taking breaks to eat, drink, sleep, etc, etc.

So your character wouldn't be able to run to another village and back in the same day likely - they'd have to stay at a village for a night, or camp out part way. (No trains, cars, etc)
