Description

These are the Official Shinobi Armours of Tōrōgakure, it was designed by our very own Fukuro Tetsuo.
It was based on the a version designed by the previous Jōnin Commanders, Satoru Saitō and Satoshi Saitō,
while keeping in mind a quote of the 2nd Akarikage , Yū Asukai, while inventing the first Shinobi Armour.

"It's strong, but heavy, restrictive. You sacrifice your mobility, which is just as important as protection!
The ultimate Armour should be as durable as layered steel plates, but as comfortable as one's own skin."

Most of the vest is hard leather, but it has been reinforced with thin steel plating for improved protection.

It's has the durability of armor without being clunky, and the flexibility of a vest without sacrificing durability.

Each vest is custom sized to it's wearer, making it a skin tight, flexible, comfortable, and efficient garb.

The shoulder pads are removable should the wearer desire to wear it under a large coat or other Armour.

This vest is considered a symbol of Status and Loyalty to Tōrōgakure, and is respected.

− Chūnin Vest: Brown with Iron plates, provides a defensive rating of +10.
− Jōnin Vest: Orange with steel plates, provides a defensive rating of +20.
− Tennin Vest: White with steel plates, provides a defensive rating of +30.
