Professor Zana is a member of a secret sect of Faust dedicated to completing a task for Evolto: a failsafe in case his plan should fail. Zana is a technical whiz, and did considerable engineering work on their secret project. Just as the project reached completion, Zana was injected with the Nebula Virus, a highly contagious variation of Nebula Gas, causing her to submit completely to the being she had helped create. After being given the title of Hell Herald, Zana styles herself as Kamen Rider Sharp, and dedicates herself to the goals of her creation.

Zana uses the Yakumo and Kogatana Full Bottles in the Over Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Sharp. In this form, she is fast and ferocious, able to project spider thread and leap great distances. Sharp is also capable of entering a powered-up mode, where massive mechanical spider legs extend from her back, and large serrated blades fold out of her forearms. In this state, Sharp becomes a tornado or slashing attacks. Sharp is also armed with the OverSteamGun, which can use the Pocket Knife Cell to forcefully transform people into Nebula Drones.

By turning the crank on her Driver, Sharp surrounds herself with angry arcs of maroon and acid yellow energy, leaping into the sky before descending in a Rider Kick. In her powered-up mode, Sharp uses her spider legs to force herself into the air, spinning like a top as she extends with her swords extended.
