Ichika had been questioned on her loyalty to her denomination of Faust and Nanba, and her handler, Yuuto, approached her with an offer to prove her commitment to the cause. Ichika allowed herself to be repeatedly injected with Nebula Venom, a concentrated and highly toxic variation on Nebula Gas. The pain of this experience fractured her psyche, making her the perfect weapon for Faust. Oonce the Venom was fully integrated into her body, she was given a Sclash Driver and the Crack Spider Full Bottle, allowing her to transform into Kamen Rider Widow. Eventually, Ichika develops an immunity to the poison and regains control of her mind, joining Mosaic, Zerka and Horns in the fight against her former masters and the Smash epidemic.

Widow uses the power of Nebula Venom to make her attacks more potent, inflicting lasting pain and even damaging the integrity of transformations. She retains the agility and web-slinging powers of her previous form, along with the power to briefly walk on walls. Widow is not particularly strong, but her speed and nimbleness more than make up for it. Widow wields the Nebula Steam Gun and Nebula Steam Blade in this form.

By striking the lever on her Driver, Widow begins to crackle with black and red energy, leaping into the air and forming a construct of a spider around herself. Her feet align with the spiders fangs before she blazes towards her foe.

By loading the Spider Crack Full Bottle into the Nebula Steam Gun, Widow charges a nexus of black and red energy before firing it at her foe, leaving a mark like shattered glass where it strikes.
