Using the Rasputin Eyecon, Akutou can channel the spirit of Grigori Rasputin, the infamous advisor to Czar Alexander of Russia. He was notoriously difficult to kill when the time came to assassinate him, requiring several gunshots, strangulation and finally being bound and dumped in a river. Akutou can channel this power in order to fake his own destruction. Rasputin Damashii possesses the power to create the illusion of Akutou's death, complete with explosion and an anguished cry. This is merely a distraction, allowing the now out-of-phase Akutou to strike before shifting back to this plane.

When Rasputin Damashii is activated, the GanGan Kreuger configures into Hammer and Sickle Mode with the help of the Oumugai Bell. This form allows him to wield a slashing blade in one hand, and a heavy mallet in the other (design pending).

By shifting his Eyecon to the Finisher position, Akutou is able to create fleeting mirages of himself, to make it appear that he is attacking from many directions at once. When his clones are struck, they combust violently, damaging his would-be killers. He most often combines this with a charged Rider Kick or strike from the GanGan Kreuger.

By making Eye Contact between his Driver and the GanGan Kreuger's Sickle portion, Akutou charges both with pulsing crimson light. He can then throw the sickle, which will rise above his foe while he charges forward, striking them with the Hammer portion just as the Sickle hits.
