KAMEN RIDER METEOR'S SYSTEM THROTTLE!Adding a boost in power for the Meteor Galaxy!
The System Throttle is a very powerful Astro Switch designed to supplement Kamen Rider Meteor's powers. By inserting the Switch into the Meteor Galaxy and twisting it, it allows him access to abilities based on other celestial bodies in our Solar System.
MERCURY LEVER: Activates the Mercury Comet attack. In a flash of red light, Meteor summons the planet Mercury, which can fire comets at his foes.
VENUS LEVER: Activate the Venus Flash attack. Yellow light conjures the planet Venus, which flashes like a strobe light.
LUNA LEVER: Activates the Luna Crescent attack. White light forms into the image of a crescent moon, which launches sickle shaped blades at Zodiarts.
URANUS LEVER: Activates the Uranus Slice attack. Cyan lights create the planet Uranus, whose spinning ring cuts like a saw.
NEPTUNE LEVER: Activates the Neptune Rage attack. Navy light generates the planet Neptune, which can fire blasts of water.

What about a Pluto lever? That one could be a sort of munchkin switch: looks small and weak, but packs an unreasonable punch (at a price, of course...)

I may be nitpicking, but the Luna and Uranus levers are very similar to the Saturn lever.

That actually does look good. Seriously, back when I first saw Kamen Rider Meteor in action I wondered why his brace only allowed him to access abilities only based on Saturn, Jupiter, and Mars. But, this looks like a good upgrade.

I like these new forms you come up with for the Riders. I only have one thing to say and that is Saturn already throws blades at the Zodiarts, and the gauntlet would be a bit big with this thing on, so getting rid of Luna would be a plus, but besides that, awesome ^_^

My original reason was that Pluto isn't technically a planet anymore. My secret reason is in case I plan on adding a Pluto Switch.

You could use Pluto (Pluto Mystic, grey light forms Pluto and activates illusions that disorients a Zodiarts while at the same time damaging it), Sol (Sol Gravitaion, gold light forms the picture of the sun and performs a punch that compresses several areas of the targets body including the punched area), and Earth (Earth Crushers, green light makes the Earth appear and creates several rocks of various sizes to attack the enemy) as switches for a Meteor Galaxy Expander (works like your Meteor Galaxy Throttle, only it has an opening on the other side for either the Throttle or the Meteor Switch). Also, with both Expander and Throttle attached, all the switches can be activated to perform System Smash, transporting the kaijin into an illusion of the solar system with all the elements attacking it from all sides with Meteor performing the final blow with a super-punch. However, like the Limit Break Double that Fourze can use, it drains the power from the Meteor Galaxy and can't be used until it's full of cosmic energy again.

I didn't do Sun because it seemed too similar to his Mars Breaker attack. And obviously, he can't use the Meteor Limit Break while using the System Throttle.
