Introducing Kamen Rider Presto! I am so happy to finally have a finished version of this guy, he's been plaguing me since Wizard! If I were to become any of the Riders I've invented, this is my guy.

Gensou, much like Beast, found his ChokkanDriver in an ancient cave, surrounded by shards of glittering stones. When he approached the belt, the Phantom Pegasus appeared, having been there alone for centuries. A group of mages had summoned him using several Magic Stones, but in his fury and panic at his unusual manifestation, he raged around the cave, killing the mages, shattering the Magic Stones meant to tame him, and trapping himself inside. He tells our young hero that he will do whatever Gensou asks if he will simply set him free. Gensou asked to have access to Pegasus' magic, so the Phantom taught him to make Wizard Rings using the shards of Magic Stone. Bound to the belt, Pegasus gave Gensou the full measure of his power, transforming him into Kamen Rider Presto.

Presto uses a similar capoeira style to Wizard, with open handed strikes to avoid damaging his rings. His Magic Rings mostly center on creating distractions, but a surprising few pack serious power. I'll be posting his rings tomorrow when I finish the template. To transform, Gensou uses the Driver On Ring, which works differently than his other Rings. Then, he slides the lever on top, like the Meteor Driver, to set it. This opens the lids of the ChokkanDriver all the way, then he scans his Transformation Ring. The lids stay at rest otherwise.

I will note that, upon entering an Underworld, Presto can combine with Pegasus directly, replacing the head while the neck expands to house him, becoming "Presto PegaCentaur." This form is capable of a unique Kickstrike finisher, in which Presto gallops across the sky toward the giant Phantom, his front hooves charging with power before he charges through them. In no way will I be drawing this.
