Kamen Rider Morrigan and her brother both became Riders in an attempt to ressurect their parents by collecting Ghost Eyecons. Morrigan is cold, calculating, and scathing, using sharp words and evasive gymnastics to bait her enemies into her domain. Unlike her brother, she rarely laughs, more prone to battle cries and grunts from taking hits. She uses her nimbleness and speed to keep her enemies on their toes.

In this primary form, Morrigan Damashii, she possesses the power to briefly be in three places at once, or at least seem to be, but she can channel her telekinetic Ghost powers through these clones, effectively fighting with the power of three.

DAI KAIGAN! MORRIGAN! OMEGA DRIVE!

By shifting her Eyecon into Finisher position, Morrigan can execute her Rider Kick finisher. She summons her ghostly seal, which explodes into dozens of inky blue crows crackling with black energy, which gather into her right foot. Then, she leaps into the air and flies towards the Ganma, her boot surrounded by an aura of black feathers and navy light.

DAI KAIGAN! OMEGA METEOR!

By making Eye Contact between her Driver and the GanGan Misen in Hammer Mode, Morrigan's seal concentrates on the end of her weapon, then falls to the ground as a ball of ghostly power tethered to the GanGan Misen by a spectral chain. Morrigan can swing this energy mace around, building further energy and momentum for the final strike.
