Awesome picture and character design!!!!!!! Seriously... he is so cool... o.o *gazes lovingly at picture * So really, I must know... Do you have any more of his past/story, or is this all of it? BTW, I feel so bad for him!!! I don't really prefer the Victor part, but still, Hexter is awesome! Hey looks really good : O (I like the ribbon, it makes him look so...well...more rapeable than usual xD) I like the details in the weapon as well^^
though a few things I want to point out: his left hand looks a bit...weird, it could be slimmer I guess o.o The tail looks a bit misplaced and (but that is my personal opinion) I think you could add more detail onto the hair^^
but otherwise it looks good, I like his pose and the shading on the skin, or the lines on his vest~

I know, I always had that problem with Jodie as well xD I just got used to let the tail begin at that point where the butt starts xD and first just draw one line, usually in an ~ shape xD
