Where did all the Luffy lover bases go? O.o They just suddenly disappeared, so I decided to make one. Then the OCxOC one came too, and then a lot of retarded eyes and mouths just appeared as well! D: How did it happen, hnn? .. It's not my job to shade it anyway, but I shaded Luffy, hoorray D:

- You can change the gender
- You can draw moustaches on them
- You can complain on the poor drawn male eyes
- You don't have to ask to use it
- You can frankendoll if it's ok with the other basemaker(s)
- You should credit me and show me what you made

I obviously don't own the One Piece anime! It belongs to that japanese TV channel and Eiichiro Oda, and if they want me to take this base down, I will.
Not that I think they bother searching the internet for bases <.<
