(copied this off my computer screen...that took quite a few hours. o__0 These friggin Disney characters take forever to draw!)There are only 2 Disney dudes that are allowed to do that with their hands: Wiggins and Jack Sparrow.
I think if Wiggins was slightly drunk he would start to walk around like Jack Sparrow. I should totally try to draw that. ;;;;;;Wiggins is (c) Disney
