I feel really lucky that I was able to snag this guy up when I did~

I adopted him from earlier in the year and I really enjoy drawing him. I don't know if being tied up was in his original nature, but I figure it's to be expected from me now and he seemed to enjoy it last time.
So here he is, hinting about being bound again~
