Info~ Rusty is simple cat except not, as he has wings unlike other cats giving him the ability to fly. Despite that however, he simply chooses not to. Usually if you ever see him, he's napping with a smile hinted on his face giving you unease seeing how he never seems to wake up. He seems open, but even if you think you know him, he is a completely closed book only give you the idea that you do know him. He avoids chat except small talk then continues to live in the breeze with his bandana always on.

His past self was a complete mess, and him now would be a complete stranger to who he was. A stressed, distant, aggressive flying cat along many others on the floating islands, he has to depend his life in succeeding at his job as the Messenger for the Council. Failure is not an option, along with being alone, so he has to pursue someone he does not love who is heartless and made of hands and teeth. Love doesn't seem to exist in Rusty's world, nor does he notice, as his mind is desaturated and everything is gloomy until his world is electrified.
