I don't normally do these things, but I woke up this morning with five of these entries in my messages, and then I decided that I really, really wanted that little shiny Oshawott XD

Mega Samurott
Type: Water (Aren't I boring XD)
Ability: Bulletproof
HP: 95
Attack: 140 (+40)
Defense: 115 (+30)
Sp. ATK: 108
Sp. DEF: 100 (+30)
Speed: 70

While I think a faster Samurott would be way more helpful, I realized my guy doesn't look any faster than a normal Samurott, so I upped his Attack and Defenses instead. I'm terrible with competitive battling, so this probably wouldn't help him whatsoever XD
