I'm not happy with this came out, but I'd thought I'd upload anyways. I Love Alolan Raichu, and I was too busy to make it riding on it's tail to provide anything, However I'll most likely post a new updated version with it riding on it's tail for those purpose of giving it a better feel, Not sure when, but since I'm working on more sprites and updating my 20th Anniversary project it may be some time.You may not use my work without permission.

I feel that the original Raichu sprite works well for his Alolan form, but I feel you should put more effort into making a custom tail for him to be riding on. Or, at the very least, having him hold it in some fashion.
It's a good start for sure, though!

Yeah I agree with the tail, I should have been more creative with it and altering the pose slightly so it looks like he's riding on it, other wise it's just be a bit weird looking with a Raichu floating above his tail.
