No it's not. I heard about it my friend who works for Disney. He told me that Disney made Dylan the snow king official. And they were in progress of creating him.

Okay. Now my dream of Disney and DreamWorks Animations collaboration of a crossover of Rise of the Guardians (Jack Frost) and Frozen (Elsa) movie for making them a love pair has been officially shattered. Now I officially hate Dylan.

There's nothing about it on the Wiki and no date. Also Dylan isn't a very interesting name like Elsa.

It's not on wiki because it's too soon to show it. Disney just announced it and they haven't picked a date yet. that's why it's not on Wikipedia yet.
