I know Doctor Who, Back To The Future, H.G. Wells, and I have heard of Bill and Ted(never watched it) And I don't know the other one....can someone explain that please?

Actually Phineas and Ferb's Time machine was based off of H.G. Wells'. But if you compare the 2 you can see the difference. This is H.G. Wells' Time machine. (from the 1960 movie)(not 2002)

I just looked into it (had a quick look on youtube), I think as far as the HG Wells inspired "The Time Machine" goes, the 1960's one is the most iconic. That's why I didn't use the 2002 version either, I cant have multiple versions of the same machine re-imagined XD

the one in the very back is from Star trek the original series, then you have the Tardis, and the phone booth from bill and ted, the DeLorean from back to the future, the time machine by H.G. Wells novel of the same name and the time sled from the Jean-Claude Van Damme movie Time Cop.

You'll have to be more specific? Unless you mean that thing in Futurama with the blue and red energy because of the popcorn. That isn't not a time machine, it's a time space phenomenon caused inadvertently by an unmodified machine
