And so the day is saved!
This was a fun comic commission! Merle came up with the story, the characters and the beats of the story, and allowed me to write the dialogue and plot out the comic, so it was fun in planning and execution. And I like how it came out! Did it during an art 'marathon' with a few other awesome artists, which helped me not get distracted as I tend to do. Fun project, good company, enjoyable story - good times! And always fun to get some new TG stuff out there! Hope y'all liked!

His power is to charm women, so presumably he's ended fights like this before (even if they weren't TG'd). So my question is how many girls has he done this to, and are they OK with all the previous/subsequent now "conquests?"

Well, he uses it rarely enough that Lord/Lady Tempest didn't know about it...generally he restricts himself to banter and fisticuffs, if necessary.
But that is a good question! Keep in mind that he is a gentleman, though. I doubt he'd do anything to seriously take advantage of even a villain.
(There's also the question of just how much is his charm power, and how much is plain old-fashioned, well, charm.)

They live in sort of a weird city. People with glowing eyes aren't everywhere, but they're not THAT uncommon...
Invincibelle, the blue-skinned heroine who shows up in this page? She doesn't even bother with a secret identity. People are used to her going out shopping, odd colors and all.
(Not like she could really hide it, anyhow.)

Well she could also go for full-body makeup, though that'd be a pain to maintain so I'd understand the lack of a secret identity in her case.
