tecnically, Diana had a Canon daughter in the Golden Age, Β who married the Hawks Son and they had a son, who became The Sandman's (Gailman's version) succesor (who appeared in Metal recently). But continuity is such in flux so who knows

Dianna has sons in the Kingdom Come Elseworld.
I could easily connect the dots, I chose not to as I didn't want it to be tied to the comics but rather the idea of the characters.

This is what AUs are for. Besides, at the rate DC keeps retconning itself, I wouldn't be surprised if they suddenly decided that the Amazons descended from a failed Kryptonian colony attempt way back when there was enough free magic on earth to mess with any super powers they otherwise might have gotten from a yellow sun.

I honestly thought it was nice as Wonder woman was one of the only women he knew who didn't try to kill him (if you ignore 'Amazons Attack' like I do)
But I can understand why It can be sour in some eyes...
