Based off the teeny bit of information we’ve got on Cia, the supposed main villain of Hyrule Warriors, I’m going to believe she’s basically Rule 63 animated Link.

You know, I feel the plausibility of Link/Zelda has been very different depending on incarnations.
Wind Waker? Skyward Sword? Don't tell me they are not together by the end!
Twilight Princess? Even with Midna being (sadly) out of the way, Link and Zelda just haven't developed much of a connection.

I can except Zelda x link in SS but after that a link and Zelda pairing would be like him dating his descendent as link is reincarnated in all the games and the Zelda the new link saves is a descendent of SS link and SS Zelda

reincarnation doesnt mean family. none of the Links are related, only the Zeldas are, so it is fine if Link and Zelda hook up in any game. There is no blood relation between the Link of the game before the next one in the timeline, so it would be okay. e.g. SS and Minish Cap. SS Link is not related to MC Link, and assuming SS Link and Zelda were together, a Zelda would have been one of their decendants. Link is never a decendant of Zelda, but Zelda can be a decendant of Link, and if the Link is of a different family every game, it would be okay.

Since the royal blood line must continue the child of SS link and SS Zelda will become a descendent of both parents so when the next Zelda and link come link will basically be the great grandfather of her as all links are the same no mater how you slice it, except in TP where that link is a fresh soul copied from the hero of time as his soul never got reincarnated because the hero of time became a stalfos.

FI can be summoned by final link but can only last if ha has the power of the gods ala fierce deity and become immortal.
Mibna good bond but since she is banished to the twilight zone it's almost impossible to be together but the incarnation has zero chance of hooking up with the descendent.
Ruto only the Oot link but their time together is short.
Farm girls good bond and little chance of the incarnation hooking up with the descendent.
