hey, with all the people who used to call Link Zelda... this is pretty entertaining.

Hm I'd love to see a story on this sort of idea, admittedly it makes the whole thing confusing when you put in the skyward sword revelations but meh.

They never did specify the backstory of TP's iteration of Zelda....

Hey, it happened for Tetra and made her go from Tomboy to Princess, don't see why it couldn't happen to Link too. Who's to say he'd get Wisdom and, I don't know, Ruto or a cuucoo get Courage? XD

... So I'm not the only one who had this train of thought when skipping to the second quest.
Thanks, I feel less alone in the world somehow. XD

I don't understand. Skipping to the second quest? Then again, I've never actually played a Zelda game before... I vaguely know the lore, but what sort of story-skipping prompts this misunderstanding (or conclusion)?

In the original NES game, after you beat the game you can go on to what's called the "second quest". It's essentially a new game but with remixed dungeons and generally higher difficulty.
However if you name the Link on your file "Zelda" when starting a new game, it skips right to the second quest from the get-go. Thus the joke in this image.
