I can has bandwagon?Okay, I saw this guy and I flipped. I figured it was either going to be a RSE remake or a new gen, but I didn't expect Nintendo to redeem themselves. SERIOUSLY, NINTENDO. I WAS LOSING FAITH IN YOU. I'm not a genwunner, but I was also facepalming to the new stuff. This though. 3D WORLDS. MMORPG OF POKEMON. THOSE LEGENDARIES. (We're also supposed to be getting a new "digital" type of pokemon. It should be a pretty neutral type, so no new advantages there, but it opens up a huge door for possibilities. I think I'm most anxious to take a look at the new battle mechanics and aesthetic changes of it all. I love the 3d model gameplay, and it's really cool that they're finally switching battles from 2D to 3D. c:
Happy nergasms over here. The other two will be getting pictures of their own as well.
This and the two others will be sold at cons later this year.

Oh god, I dislike Fennekin a lot too, it's way too hyped.
I love Chespin, so many reasons to love it! The design, the type, and I love chestnuts[what Chespin's based off of].
I bet money earlier on Fennekin evolving into a kitsune fox like Vulpix or being a fourth fire/fighting Pokemon.

I was making facepalms at alot of the new Pokemon too but that new fire starter is so fricking adorable~
And yus the 3D worlds are something that I'm really really looking forward to seeing!
So a new digital type huh? That'll be interesting to see.
One thing I'm slightly disappointing about is that they moved off of the color naming system for the games and moved on to letters but hopefully the fun of the game makes up for that. :3

They technically had moved off the colour name system in the second gen since crystal isn't a colour, nor is diamond/pearl. Plus black and white aren't colours.

Well yes, you're technically correct about crystal and etc not being actual colors, but they were still the colors of those things. And in what world are black and white not colors?

Black, white and grey are all shades and reflections. They are not colours. In the visible spectrum, white reflects light and is a presence of all colors, but black absorbs light and is an absence of color. It is opposite to white: colourless from the absence or complete absorption of light.
It's a colour that isn't really a colour. Just like the sky is 'blue' but isn't actually blue it's transparent.
