There's a site where you can print out a sheet and it shows you how to make a 3-d model of a Transformer. I can't seem to find it though...

Awesome! Has a very 3D look to it, and the details are great. I've always had a hard time just trying to *draw* Transformers or Gundam-style robots, yet you've pulled it off well even with this medium.

Yeah, but it made things REAL difficult.
But at the same time, had I not, I don't think you'd be able to see the details quite so clearly with everything being the same color without variation.

This is really amazing. I don't even want to know how many paper cuts you suffered while making this. The detail is fabulous.
I remember playing with my brother and his Tranformers when no one really knew who they were. Back when there were tape players and audio cassettes to be feared ;. We used to make our Transformers join our Jedi alliances and out Decepticons join the dark side and have epic battles. Now it is fun to watch my kids play with them too.

I have one project lined up using this technique but I've had a lot of people ask me to do more so I'll likely continue this. Unless something comes along to utterly destroy my confidence.
