The first ingredient to the concoction: Sugar!
A new style for Powerpuff Bubbles! 
Being the sweetest Powerpuff Girl, Bubbles is drawn, in this picture, having a sweet, sassy and sexy new look. 
Note: I am not always going to draw Bubbles this way, in case you were wondering.Hope you guys like it!
Btw, I was up till 3 in the morning thinking of this design!(Done in Sharpie Pen and Crayola Colored Pencils)
