It's Kuroshitsuji II (Or Black Butler, the second season) This is a really, really horrid subtitling done when the raw version were first released. It should say something along the lines of "Rumors of the time you were kidnapped" The fairy came from a play on words, a mistranslation of the Japanese.

Yeah they took the translation way too seriously, cos a changeling in old times was a baby that was stolen away by fairies and then returned years later a little crazy which is kinda what happened to Alois
