Description
This is my very first userbar. I'm starting to work on my graphic design for next year. I had trouble trying to stroke the text but it won't work. I don't know how to fix this. If you do, may you please tell me so I can fix this problem. Criticism is welcome but with only pointing out my mistakes not just saying it's crap.Mewtwo © Nintendo/Game Freak

As for stroking the text--ok that came out wrong XP :
1) Photoshop--Double-click the layer and click "Stroke" then change the color and the stroke width--or length, whatever.
2) GIMP--(This is the way I do it...) Right click the text and select "Alpha to selection". Then Select --> Grow and the width of the stroke. New Layer, then select that layer and fill it with the stroke color. Then deselect and move the layer behind the text.
