The administrator, Hektor, and G-306 found themselves on the main deck shortly after Tycho's message. Sure enough, there the crew was, being harrassed by giant lab rats, each with glowing red eyes that pierced one's sanity. They foamed and snarled at the teeth. There were dozens upon dozens of them, all gnashing and biting at the group. Fortunately, the fight had just gotten started. Serene had already split into the three of her and were already taking on a rat per person. Kisami and Yuuta had already surrounded Tycho in a defensive stance as the Danis Engineer was laying down supporting fire for the group. Skithix wasn't very far from the center of the group but was trying to cover for the distance between the ship and the administrator. He slashed at one of the behemoth rats with his claws, causing the beast to shriek in pain. It reared up on his hind legs just as Jester suddenly found it way onto it's back, jamming a poisoned knife into it's side. The rat's cries grew dim as did the beast's life. Skithix shuffled closer to the admin.

"Sir, as the situation demands, it's not safe here. It's time to relocate."

"You don't say?" the administrator snarked sarcastically as he made a face to go along with it.

"It would be in our best interest to leave as soon a-" Skithix stopped mid sentence as a rat lunged at him from the side. Skithix turned his armored crest towards the creature, holding it back with his biological shield. There was a loud screech from his talons digging into the metal surface as he was pushed back a few paces. Hektor wasted no time. He spun his knife around his fingers as he jumped off Skithix's back and plunged the blade into its skull, immediately bringing it to the ground.

"There's no time for chat as you can plainly see," Skithix concluded, turning to the admin, "Let's move."

The admin wanted to move but then stopped. "No."

"What?"

"No. I'm not leaving these demon spawn to taint my world. We need to kill them here and now. Besides, we can't take off with these things crawling all over the place."

"He's right, ya!" Tycho called confirming his judgement.

"So there's one thing I can say to you," The administrator pointed towards one of the idle rats, "G-306. FUCK 'EM UP!"

The droid's normally calm blue oculus turned a violent crimson as the body cylinder burst open revealing tendrils. These tendrils latched onto the nearest weapons and tools he could find. Within seconds, G-306 had turned from his normally docile self to this murder train. In addition to his armor plating, his legs had been coated in scrap metal found aboard the ship. He had been fitted with 2 assault rifles on his left flank and a small laser on his right. On his forehead, a welding torch, modified to work like a flamethrower, was locked in. The tendrils vanished back into the machine and G-306 set out on his mission to 'FUCK 'EM UP'. He started towards the nearest rat, putting a clip full of bullets into it's side. It was clearly dead, but G-306 wasn't done yet. He slashed at the corpse with his claws, showering blood and gore within a vicinity of the machine. He picked up the dead creature and held it up to its flamethrower. There appeared to be silence as the animal that was alive not 20 seconds ago, was shot, torn to gory shreds, and finally cremated into dust. The next rat seemed to cower in fear of what the machine had done to the other one and it backed off. Unfortunately for the rat, letting it go was not on the cryocine war machine's agenda. The machine viciously chased after the poor creature and cornering it with with its horrible weapons.

Ryozo limped faster as they picked up pace to Korlich's room. Aubury trailed close behind, keeping tabs on Ryozo's leg as they ran. They reached the co-administration office to find the Cryocine guards not at station. "Lazy asses," Ryozo muttered, "Who took them off duty?"

"Uh... Ryo?" Aubury pointed at the bottom of the door. Blood seeped out from under it. Ryozo suddenly grew alert with fear.

"no... nononononononono!" he yelled as he bust the door open. Thankfully, Korlich was fine, cleaning the blood off of his fold-up halberd. Ezmae was in the room with him, just smiling at the two as they barged in the door panting.

"At ease, boys," he said calmly.

"Easy for you to say," Ryozo responded exasperated, "What's going on here."

"I think Ezmae can tell you that."

Ryozo turned to the black and white demon sitting on the desk. "Ezmae?"

"They're from a syndicate called 'Requiem of Daningrad'. I think you'd know them well," she said with a creepy smile, "Apparently they want the good admin's head. I only wished he'd have screamed more when I interrogated him."

"The Requiem," Ryozo thought, "What does the Requiem want with the Admin?" Ryozo remembered the cult that backed up the demon Yuri and almost sacrificed Megan. They're a horrible group of people that make life worse for everyone for a higher position in society, mainly worshiping and making pacts with demons.

Korlich placed his axe on the desk. "They think the Admin has something they want. Something that can bring Yuri back from the nether. They say the Admin has a person on staff that is Yuri in human form," He pulled out a folder and slammed it on the desk, revealing pictures of Marie, "A woman."

"Marie?" Aubury said, "C'mon. She's not SERIOUSLY this all powerful demon I've heard about," he looks at Ryozo, "Is she?"

Ezmae grinned. "From the first time I met her face to face, she was different. That time when she threw me off guard and had me pinned. That oh so horrible look in her eyes. Alas, a demon I did not sense.~"

Ryozo looked completely confused at Ezmae, "So then that means... They're confusing her for some false prophet?"

The Daningrad general stood up from his seat. His face had a serious and planning look on it. "I don't know. I know one thing for sure though. The Administrator's going to need back up," he began walking out and stopped at the doorway, "Pack your things. We ride at noon."

The team was spattered in blood and soot as the Atlas took off for the coordinates G-306 uploaded. They had managed to kill each and every lab rat. They accounted for each one using the files they found at the computer. Now that every thing was squared away, they took off for the deep south to get to Marie before she could get into trouble. Skithix appraised the administrator's fighting.

"Good work, sir," he said, "That was... an interesting decision on your part. No doubt a minor delay."

"The less delays we'll have to deal with in the future, the better." The admin was staring out the window at his reflection on the bridge. Even with Skithix and Tycho and all of the fighters on deck, he felt so alone.

"Is there something wrong?" Skithix asked. He could tell that the administrator was bothered by Marie's absence but he didn't want to say anything blatantly.

"Nothing," the administrator lied, "Nothing's bothering me."

"Hmm... If you say so."

Tycho suddenly perked up, tapping at the radar systems on his HUD. "Huh... Uh... admin?"

"What?"

"Yeah... there's a uh... A continent class battleship headed our course."

"You're hilarious, Tycho," The administrator replied, thinking Tycho was trying to cheer him up.

"Who's jokin' mon?"

The admin stood up and moved over to Tycho's area and looked at the radar. Sure enough, there was a ship, a titanic ship on radar. It was large enough to dock 2 of Mr. Certia's ships in it. "What in th-" The admin picked up the line, not taking his eyes off the sheer mass of the ship on radar. From the looks of it, it was coming in from behind him. "This is Administrator Romanchek, head of the Ragnarok Corporation. Unidentified ship, change your course now. We have no quarrel with you," There was no response, "Unidentified ship, respond." A familiar ID code was sent through the computer system. The administrator's eyes widened as he picked up the ship's intercom as the missile sirens went off. "ALL PERSONAL, BRACE YOURSELVES, THIS IS GOING TO GET MESSY!"

Immediately, everyone on deck strapped themselves in for the worst. Tycho took a hold of the steering apparatus and dodged left. The missile swerved left as well. He dodged right. The missile followed. Tycho smashed the flares button, the missile swerved out of control, and exploded harmlessly. "YA MON! DAT'S HOW IT WORKS!" He looked in the rear view camera to find a giant laser pointing at his engines. "Oh... no, mon..." Running was futile. Seconds later, the administrator screamed as the Atlas-01 was shot down and plummeted to the thick forest below.

Great read as always. Actually I would say your writing has significantly improved since the last part. Been looking forward to this for a while and I can't wait for more!

Also... Are you going to wait until you finish this arc to continue with the fights? I miss them! I liked the long action sequences just as much.
