This art looks very good. The details on this digital drawing, while a bit... iffy... is actually pretty good, especially the hair. If you could work on the lines a bit more, the details may be better. Nevertheless, this is overall a very good drawing.

You should keep playing with the shades imo, there's a lot you can opt for, in order to increase the impression and there are some items that you have yet to cast shadows on. Don't stop this early.

Most are anatomy/proportion practice, it's why they're not coloured; I actually suck and have to do something like 50 time over, to get it right.
The best tip I ever got was to keep practicing; it took me a year or two, to get the basics right and every moment of it was painful.

ok, i'll show you some of my linart later, my main problem with drawing is proportion, small clothes detail and pose, i would glad if you give some some tips on it

learning proportion is easier if you use a lot of references at first. Because otherwise you keep doing the same mistakes. Think about how big for example a head is compared to the body and draw simple shapes to get the proportions right(for example circle for head, rectangle for body and lines for arms).
Another thing is you can just draw and then resize parts at the pc after scanning (I for example keep drawing the head too big sometimes and make it smaller with the pc before I colour it.) Just play around with multiple sizes and find out what you think looks best.
