Who wouldn't be a bit shaken up when in a place like Rapture? ^O^
Have to hand it to you Traversee , you really thought up the most devilish way to show off both two separate ideas under the same roof and honestly the thought of Finn being the sole adventurer in Rapture, what a nightmare indeed.
For the most part I really have to congratulate you on your style of the lineart here. You have your own way of portraying these characters not just as some lame copy clones but even looking at Jake and Finn and seeing the blend of realism, horror and the depth you add is just spectacular. While I point out those two I gotta mention all that you do for the rest of the picture, the build-up of the feel of Rapture, the looming danger every corner you turn and of course The Big Daddy to truly ruin your day.
Very in depth work I might add looking at each character, you capture the animal and pug look of Jake perfectly, the shaky and broken look of Finn and Big Daddy has everything you've seen in from the game itself with the giant helmet, the worn out diving suit and yes of course that lovely drill too.
What I like best here too is the way you layer up your coloring to match your lines. By that I mean your able to effectively show the light and dark of a place like Rapture. Although you have light its still scary as hell to be walking around in a place where you can't run from and that I feel so very close to here with Finn and the shadowing done to hide him from the looming danger behind him.
The fact you even taken time to address the smaller parts of the picture are also impressive. The ADAM-ish glow of Jake, the the resonating red from the bubbles on our Big Daddy and even the looming city lights that you can make out in the background, its all so wonderful. Even where you add in the effects of the environment, the fish in the water, the iconic tiled floor, the rusty metal of the drill or even the deep green feeling of the sea with the golden look of Rapture with those bullet holes, WOW.
Your devotion shows here both to the original source but also again to what creative ideas your work here has offered to it. If Ken Levine would see he'd be no doubt quite proud of what you accomplished here and the brilliant way your style took hold of two insane worlds. Hats off to you either way Traversee , nuff said.

Wow, I do not know at all how to respond to that comment! This touches me a lot, I'll keep it engraved in my heart! I am very glad you noticed all these details, and especially the atmosphere! (also i'm happy than you like the way i draw this character, sometimes i feel like i draw in a too much realistic way and that's take off a sort of energy you have in stylized drawing. like "nah, it's so static, damn!" :/ ) I'm still stunned by the murky world and poetry in Bioschock; and the wild imagination of adventure time rekindles my childhood soul. If I managed to get a bit of these universe with this drawing maybe I can say than I honor these two worlds, which I particularly love.

No problem at all to come by and cheer on your work Traversee, it was a real pleasure to come see this new interpretation of the game seen from your eyes only.
From what I can see here, you do have a very creative mind and if you happen to see Bioshock in this way I can honestly say, what more can you show with your artwork? You have a great respect for this game which in turn I give you major respects to and the way you see it from your standpoint in no matter what realistic, wacky or stylized way its all the same for the love of the game and what makes it up.
Your way of understanding it and drawing it onto paper is a truly unique way and I wouldn't ask you to stop that ever in your artwork Traversee. Like everyone here, we all have something of a special way we see the same piece of work and I would only encourage you more to see what else you can aspire onto paper.
Perhaps I might be repeating myself here but I can see the work of a true fan here. From the side of Pendleton Ward or even from Ken Levine's, I think they'd both give their respects to your ideas here. I know I would. *nods*
Choose the impossible my friend. *high fives*
