Well. I'm following a "shitty Hetalia OCs"-blog on tumblr, and practically every character has a curl... I don't feel like Tommy is any .. uh ... different from the shitty OCs, so I think I'll lose the curl... but you can still recognize him; kinda long wavy hair!
