I love the mixture of the textures in the environment. How do you keep the textures and values of everything consistent, and looking different, but in a cohesive way so everything works together, but does not look like the same texture?

Washes of colour and value tweaking with the curves adjustment layers does a really good job of blending in texture work so everything looks unified. Glad you like it!
