Rosalina was recently announced as a playable character in 3D world and that's the coolest thing in the world. Β It's pretty sad how Nintendo forgets about Daisy a lot, but hey I can't complain, at least they have more games with characters with unique abilities right?

3D World is an awesome game, but their casting choices are really unfortunate. Β Daisy's the only princess NOT playable (not cool, Nintendo), and Yoshi got shafted again. Β Lousy luck for my two favorite characters...

Dude, right? Also, I wish they could do DLC options for extra levels and characters like in Hyrule Warriors, who know maybe they'll allow Link in, or the Fire Emblem cast or something. But alas, Nintendo's not doing it

What have the fans and people of Nintendo got against (hate about) Princess Daisy anyway? Why can't we at E3 2014 request Nintendo to try making a game around Princess Daisy for consoles?

i think it may just be fans of nintendo. they mostly see daisy as a princess peach clone. which is really untrue, i guess most people say that because of her current outfit. They also say shes obnoxious and loud and they always assume she says "Hi I'm Daisy" (that quote from double dash). though how annoying that is and a lame excuse for hating a character for something like that I think Nintendo should actually do something with Luigi and Daisy I think it could work out swell in my opinion.

Megaman went from being the spiritual mascot of the company to a neglected thing of the past. Daisy went from the damsel in a somewhat obscure Game boy game to that one chick who is in almost every single Mario spin-off. Not quite the same.

Remember for the most part Daisy hasn't been part of the main line Mario games since... Super Mario Land back in '89. But she has appeared in a butt load of spinoffs, about 40 games. Nintendo hasn't forgotten her. But you do have a point, she should appear at least one more time in the main games
