Other than that, this is f**king awesome and I really hope she actually DOES get Sharingan, then she'd kick so much @$$ fighting alongside Naruto.

I have an idea on how it might happen, but it involves Sasuke dying or being unable to continue. He wouldn't just give up his Sharingan, especially not to Sakura over Naruto if he felt the need to pass it onto someone. He'll probably learn that Madara was bending the truth about the Uchiha massacre and this'll prompt him to fight against him.
Maybe, just MAYBE, because Naruto has some of the Senju clan's power as an Uzumaki (And was most likely given Uchiha clan power by Itachi when he sent the crow into him mouth during a genjutsu), he might be able to awaken Rinnegan or something, but then he could probably still merge Sasuke's Sharingan with Rinnegan since Madara already did that with his eyes. =\
So unfortunately, if anyone's getting Sasuke's Sharingan in any event, it's most likely Naruto. Or Madara. Or even possibly Kabutomaru. DAMMIT!
