Great work with the details, I could say you really put all the alphabet letters in his mouth! I think you've done also a really good job in painting this, there are some really amazing shadings in this work.

That is fantastic! I love the expression and the spewing soup. The teeth are done particularly well as well.
The only thing that looks a little odd to me is the lack of a "top of head". It's possible that there's some more there that doesn't appear in the photo because of the angle but nevertheless, even if this were true I don't think there would be enough. People's eyes are generally about halfway down their head and it does look a bit odd not having the forehead there.
Something else to think about is the eyeballs themselves. You could perhaps have made the veins a bit more veiny - they usually "branch" like leaf stems/tree branches.
The eye socket is done particularly realistically, adding to the gruesome factor! And the soup itself is done pretty well too - you got that artificial orange shade just right.
A great piece overall - inventive, silly and well carried out. I'm surprised you haven't got more comments.
