Beautifully done. I can see the likeness, and enjoy the subtle shading you've used to round her face and get every detail. Hair texture is nice too, I like the diffuse darkness that doesn't distract from her gorgeous eyes.
If you don't mind critique, the only suggestion I have is not actually about her at all, but about the negative space. The background is a little close to her skin tone, which makes the fine line of her jaw and cheekbone a bit more of a lost and found line, less dramatic. If you strengthened the background a bit, especially close to the edge of her face, I think it would bring her forward more. This is very realistic.
Technically, what I'd do if I wasn't trying to use a light hand and do a smooth tonal texture with a medium hard pencil going over it repeatedly, would be to take a very pointy stump or tortillon and smudge in 9B graphite and use that to run up very close to her cheek, I notice in some areas it's lighter near her cheek as if you were using a broader smudging tool and afraid to actually go over onto her face with the background. So maybe a stump rather than a tortillon, sharpened very fine and rubbed in the graphite dust, could bring the contrasting tone in close without risking smearing it onto the perfection of your portrait.
I don't mean as dark as the deep shadows under her chin, more like about halfway across her eyelid or a couple of value levels darker than it is, not much more. You have such a smooth gradient of tones and have mastered smooth tones so perfectly in the rest of this that I know you could do it -- or not, it's your piece and it's just a suggestion. Hope you don't mind. She looks great!
