Description
Issue 2 Cover and production notesupdate
Here it is the cover art- it is a wraparound as well. The book is in edits so hopefully it will go to press in the next week or two.
update
Ok shadows and flats are all but done- I am getting ready to start my highlights and lighting, plus any effects I might add. The cover is a wrap around like issue one and it breaks right down the middle. Looking forward to finishing it off.
ok old notes
Since I am posting issue 2's cover pic, it must mean that I am done with all the interior pages for issue 2 (all 40 of them
Also like issue 1 this is a wraparound cover. I like them this way and I think I will continue them.
Note: the background colors will change - I just needed to generate the flats, so it will make it easier to work with each color block.
If you haven't picked up issue 1 you still can at [link]
The official release date for issue 2 will be in Oct.

Looks awesome, Trav! Your detailed environments always look so great, with lots of depth to them, like you could just step into the picture and go exploring. I still need to get my hands on book one, but ... Christmas will be here before we know it, right?

I like Mr.Scary's sword shaped magick, and what is that in the pot back there? A dragon of sorts?

Cool. I like the critter, it's totally cute and innocent. Although i am not quite sure on how Bean and The-Guy-Who-Hits-Bean get to know each other. It seemed that he got maaaagic trick up on his sleeves.
Anyway, good pic, you're pretty taken care of the textures. Their cloths always looked like stuffs that made from skins, or leather.

Definitely, I'd hope that you get quite a following. The characters all show some depth and makes it easy to live into the story. The drawings are fabulous and each frame is pleasing to view. I'm a bit surprised you don't have page numbers, but I guess that's not too important. I was really impressed with the page in the middle of the book (found it, your page 19: [link] ), in particular I liked the combination of the middle frame and how the cape blows over to the right hand frame, plus the angle of the right hand frame was just excellent.
Now shipping to Europe costs more than the issue So I'll most likely wait until I can order a few of them at a time, but I sure look forward to it

well spread the new around-
I am really pleased you are enjoying the tale- I did not put page numbers in though- just felt they were not needed
more to come- as for europe- and ordering- yeah by in bulk it will make it easier get a few friends in on it and let us know we can find a much better shipping rate if you send me an email
