He has been screwed.

Well, Aku Did Get Was Coming To Him, Death For Sending Jack To The Future

Pretty funny, wish that happened xD

The ending was not bad. I knew the battle wouldn't last long, since Past Aku had to face a Jack with 50 years of experience and Aku was already weakened so I can understand why it did not last long. I find it strange that not only Ashi disappeared way later after Aku was defeated (As you'd assume she'd disappear immediately after Aku is destroyed) but the idea of Ashi ceasing to exist after Aku is destroyed never occurred to Jack or Ashi until Ashi falls down. I mean he was trying to undo Aku's future, and the thought never occured to him that Ashi would disappear?

Ashi could also have just sent Jack to the Past, as she knows that Jack would hesitate destroying Aku since that would cause Ashi to cease to exist. They could have a tearful goodbye, and knows that he must destroy Aku once he is sent to the past.

Or the time traveling abilities could not have been given to Ashi. I sometimes wish he'd stay in the future. Either way it will be a bittersweet ending that the creator wanted, because if he stays in the future, he will have been unable to change all of the horrible things Aku did but at least Aku is destroyed here, and he has Ashi and his friends, and they can at least rebuild the future. Maybe years later, Jack would have that King Jack look to him, like in the Guardian episode, as he rules along side Ashi, since if they liberated the world, )as well as the galaxy for that matter, since Aku pillaged other worlds too) it'd make sense everyone would hail him as a hero. Besides, who did we know in the past anyway? I'd want him to go to the past, but we the audience didn't know any characters or were invested in anyone, besides Jack's father. In the future, there was the Scotsman, monkeys, spartans, the canines, ect.

1. Offers a TV-14 rating and BARELY uses it.
2. Every episode feels rushed.
3. The ending SUCKS! It was anti-climatic, rushee, and nothing matters, because Ashi Ex-Machina.
4. 10 episodes in total I would say is unrequired and people should make up their own ending.

You just reminded me it, and now I see it as the worst of Samurai Jack, and an example of a bad season. At least Adventure Time Season 5 had a point, and actually went somewhere with the plot.

1. I was okay with the rating.Β  It doesn't go overboard like many shows nowadays.
2. No episode made me feel that way at all, especially season 5
3. The ending shows that no matter what, hope lives.Β  You can clearly see a worried look on Ashi as she sends Jack back home, almost as if she's fully aware of the consequences to follow. The decisions you make and the actions that follow are a reflection of who you are.Β

I never watch Adventure Time and Samurai Jack was the first time in a long tome that I watched an animated show and I got everything I wanted and then some.

Dude. You are asking for so little, when it was suppose to be big. This is an insult. I ain't saying it is the worst, but the hype didn't live up. Also, season 5, needed to be extra thicc. 24 episodes, no rush. And Hotel Transylvania was more interesting to watch.

JW-Gojifan In reply to MrRottedBrain [2017-05-28 21:06:02 +0000 UTC]

And not asking for much is a bad thing because?Β  Plus, I don't hype things up.Β  I've noticed that when something is overhyped, it leads to disappointment because your expectations are higher than Mt. Everest while mine are more ground level.Β  And extra thicc?Β  Really?Β  I rewatched the marathon last night and I still enjoyed it.Β  Finally, if you think you could do a better job, then WRITE YOUR FAN FICS!

MrRottedBrain In reply to JW-Gojifan [2017-05-28 21:09:28 +0000 UTC]

The fanfic will be where Jack actually appreciates the future he is trapped in, and after slaying Aku, as the cost of losing Ashi's life, facking boo hoo, decides to rule over this new place, unable to return home because all the time portals were destroyed, but it is okay since the friends he made in the futute are still there and by his side.

JW-Gojifan In reply to MrRottedBrain [2017-05-28 21:10:46 +0000 UTC]

It's flawed because Jack does not belong in that time as as time goes on, he will stay young while everyone he has helped will die.Β  Plus, the theme is BACK TO THE PAST

MrRottedBrain In reply to JW-Gojifan [2017-05-28 21:14:03 +0000 UTC]

It was, until season 5. Season 5 had no BACK TO THE ASS as you said. Gendey lied about all the portals being destroyed and made Ashi a portal before we could get an actual climax or should have died because her loving self rushed and... I am getting more and more pissed off and ready to kill over out of being annoyed.

I said PAST.Β  And how did Genndy lie?Β  Yes, all of the portals were destroyed, but Aku could make them and because Ashi inherited his powers, she was able to help.Β  And don't you mean KEEL over?

[Pierces your skull with a ninja sword]

No. Kill. Samurai Jack should've stayed single so we have am ending that is rushed and contrived just for him to be happy, because a sad ending would've been poetic and would actually be better with how season 5 set up being more serious, but ended in shit, so it is an awful season that will join the likes of Modern Spongebob. Fuck me back to the ASS.

JW-Gojifan In reply to MrRottedBrain [2017-05-28 21:22:18 +0000 UTC]

No it will not join the likes of modern spongebob because of fans like me who appreciate Genndy's vision and how he treated HIS creation.Β  It wasn't rushed, I didn't see that many flaws, and the ending actually was poetic, bittersweet yet hopeful.Β

Why am I even arguing with a child?

And now you head will go lovely next to Sparky's and Ashi's, oh yes, very quite.

Hey i'm using the request you gave me now i'd like you to draw my vision of jack and ashi's KIDS they have a first born son and a younger daughter the son is named jash (pronounce the ash like ashi so it sounds like josh) and the daughter named jade. Jash wears a ninja suit just like his mother and has a mixed version of jack and ashi's hairstyle and inherited most of his grand father (aku)'s powers ex: lazer eyes, animal and human shapeshifting, magic spells, shrinking and growing, duplication, and regeneration when taps into the full force of aku's power his face turns into a kabuki mask with yellow flaming eyes and his body looks like a more humanoid version of his grandfather. Jade wears a female samurai gi and carries a look a like fake version of her fathers sword but later recieves the real deal she like her father has a straight set mind and is a no nonsense person as for jash he is a wild and a run in without thinking type of guy and often puts himself in a bad position but uses powers and most time sister helps him out jash then starts struggle between good and evil as the spirit of his grandfather starts to talk to him trying to turn him on the path of darkness
