this is a character i created by fusing one design i did and another i received

below,some story and traits

The specie is always the dog-fish one,who isn't well seen by the society,but he's a king of another world and a royal,so he's not that bad- openly judged. These species has many resources and strenght.

Charlie was a doctor,and attended the first Sektho's revolution as war medic; sektho loose the war,and all its army got expelled from the kingdom,or retired from the service. For the courage and strenght Charlie showed,he has been one of the few ones rewarded by getting a high role in the society (the rest of the army/soldiers highly opposed to this many times,as seen as an obvious injustice for who fought and lose the life for nothing) . With time,he became a king. However,he has also been forced to join the Great Royals Council (that he didn't enjoy much),who decided to send him to King Treasure's castle in an undercover role,to moderate the situation. There,he will get close to Treasure,becoming a close friends of him, and meet again his sister (coming soon) and his partner,but also start understanding how bad this sick council and forced alliance is,will probably end moving in the city.
